Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, Hermes, eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Our warehouses are located in the United Kingdom, Turkey and Malaysia not all our products are shipped from the UK.  Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 21 days however, you may receive your items slightly earlier or slightly later. Products shipped from our UK warehouses typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

All products outside our UK warehouse are deliverable worldwide.

We do not ship all products from our UK warehouse worldwide but if you wish to purchase a product that we do not offer international shipping from the UK to be delivered to your address abroad. You can sign up with our logistics partner Forward2me.com with this link

How it works:
Step 1 - You sign up to get a forward2me UK address
Follow the quick and simple steps to sign up with forward2me and receive your personal UK forwarding address.

Step 2 - You order your goods
Order from Waislamaa using your forward2me address as the delivery address.

Step 3 - forward2me receive and forward your parcel
On receipt of your goods you receive a notification and the parcels show in your
forward2me account. At this stage there is a choice of add on services such as Protect+

Step 4 – Your Parcel is shipped
Make payment with a credit card, PayPal account or Bank Transfer. Once payment is made
we arrange to ship your package/s using your preferred shipping option.

Step 5 - Your parcel arrives at your doorstep
You will typically receive delivery of your parcel within 1-4 working days of the date of dispatch from the forward2me depot depending on the country you live in and the courier service used.

This can also vary depending on local customs processes. Customs duties may be payable in some countries and are your responsibility. You will need to sign for your goods when they arrive.

Please NOTE:

We recommend you purchase any order with tracking from forward2me if a package was to go missing we can refund you for that order. Without tracking we will not provide refunds on missing in transit or did not receive packages.
